About Sunbus - Minibus Transfers

1. MEETING POINTS

Arrival: The driver will be holding a 'Sunbus' sign with our logo of a kangaroo with a yellow sun.
The driver will meet passengers at -

International Terminal: Please proceed to the “Meeting Point” located between gates A/B and C/D in the arrivals hall.

Sydney Airport Transfers - SunBus Sydney

Domestic Terminals: Driver will meet you at your designated luggage carousel.
Departures To International or Domestic Terminals: Passengers will be collected from the foyer of their hotel and dropped of at the kerbside directly outside designated airlines entrance.

2. TIMES AND SCHEDULES

Sunbus meets and services all incoming and outgoing flights.

3. JOURNEY TIMES

Sydney's Kingsford Smith airport is approximately 20 - 22 kilometres t o the CBD and the journey takes approximately 25 - 30 minutes. Obviously this may vary during peak times. An additional 15 minutes should be allowed for transfer to and from Coogee and Bondi. 4. BOOKING POLICY

This service must be prebooked at least 48 hours prior to travel. Booking is confirmed once payment has been authorised. An email will then be sent to you with confirmation details.

5. GROUP BOOKINGS

There are no special discounts for group bookings. If you are booking for a large group, please contact us for a private transfer rate.

6. CHILD POLICY

Child rates apply to children aged between 4 and 14 years of age. Children 3 years of age and under travel free of charge.

7. DELAYED FLIGHTS

Whilst every effort will be made to connect with passengers from delayed flights, passengers must contact our office on arrival if they fail to locate our driver. Passengers will be accommodated on the next available transfer. (Please note that wait times will vary).

Minibus Transfers in Sydney

If a passenger cannot be located at the designated meeting points, all close by areas are checked and every effort is made to locate them. It is very important that passengers to do not move away from the meeting point as this makes it very difficult for drivers to find them. if a 'Fail to Load' occurs, our driver will pass the details back to the office. These details will be passed on to the next available driver however, it is advisable for the passengers to call us. SUNBUS SYDNEY does not in any case reimburse taxi fares incurred as a result of failure to load. If the failure to load was a direct result of SUNBUS SYDNEY error, the fare paid will be refunded to the passenger.
