2. TIMES AND SCHEDULESSunbus meets and services all incoming and outgoing flights. 3. JOURNEY TIMESSydney's Kingsford Smith airport is approximately 20 - 22 kilometres to the CBD and the journey takes approximately 25 - 30 minutes. Obviously this may vary during peak times. An additional 15 minutes should be allowed for transfer to and from Coogee and Bondi. 4. BOOKING POLICYThis service must be prebooked at least 48 hours prior to travel. Booking is confirmed once payment has been authorised. An email will then be sent to you with confirmation details. 5. GROUP BOOKINGSThere are no special discounts for group bookings. If you are booking for a large group, please contact us for a private transfer rate. 6. CHILD POLICYChild rates apply to children aged between 4 and 14 years of age. Children 3 years of age and under travel free of charge. 7. DELAYED FLIGHTSWhilst every effort will be made to connect with passengers from delayed flights, passengers must contact our office on arrival if they fail to locate our driver. Passengers will be accommodated on the next available transfer. (Please note that wait times will vary). IMPORTANT NOTES If a passenger cannot be located at the designated meeting points, all close by areas are checked and every effort is made to locate them. It is very important that passengers do not move away from the meeting point as this makes it very difficult for drivers to find them. If a 'Fail to Load' occurs, our driver will pass the details back to the office. These details will be passed on to the next available driver however, it is advisable for the passengers to call us. SUNBUS SYDNEY does not in any case reimburse taxi fares incurred as a result of failure to load. If the failure to load was a direct result of SUNBUS SYDNEY error, the fare paid will be refunded to the passenger.
